Join the flock in Billings, MT for the annual MWGA convention at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center!  Highlights include great workshops, keynote speakers, a vendor trade show, great lamb meals, and more!  See the full agenda at the link above and below (agenda updated 11-21-22). The festivities kick off on Thursday afternoon, December 1.  Join the Hollenbeck family for a tour of their new lamb and goat feedlot location near Park City at 3:30pm.  Thursday evening starting at 6pm, join President, Duane Talcott, for the President’s reception in the hotel lounge.  Enjoy goat meatballs, veggies, and sides and and a complimentary drink, while you visit with other sheep producers and guests!

Friday and Saturday will be days full of updates and speakers.  Both days will feature a Lamb Lunch, and keynote speakers.  Topics will include: intensive grazing, ethnic lamb markets, electric and digital fencing options, MSU research topics, and SO much more!  Friday night will conclude with the famous Speed Shearing event!  Saturday afternoon will feature the Annual Membership Meeting at 3:30pm.  MWGA members are encouraged to attend to elect Directors to the MWGA board, vote on policy resolutions.  The grand finale of Saturday is the Banquet!  This is a very fun event, complete with a live and silent auction.  The Montana Make-It-With-Wool contestants will present a fashion show.
